The position:
- You would be required to follow up with the banks customers and maintain cordial relationship with them at all times. You will also handle customers complaints in a professional manner and liaising with the various stakeholders where necessary for prompt resolution.
Responsibilities:

The position
- This role requires an innovative credit portfolio analyst whose job description would include managing of credit portfolio which would include loan analysis, disbursal and monitoring
Responsibilities
- Portfolio trend analysis by sector and environment with a view to able to determine areas of risk and opportunity
- Regular monitoring of loan portfolio and developing of a reporting model to be able to analyse the impact
- Present findings to key stakeholders to assist with the improving of the business strategy
- Routinely perform data validation and reconciliation
Requirements
- Required- University degree or its equivalent with high numeric content
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, etc)
- SQL skills to extract data from data bases
- Ability to express technician ideas to a non technician audience
Desirable
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in credit risk/ monitoring operations or similar role
Previous experience in analytical role within commercial banking or financial services
